1. Data we collect
To sell an assessment and operate a funded account we collect the identity and contact details you enter at checkout — name, email address, date of birth, phone number and postal address — together with the payment information required to process your purchase. Operating your account generates trading data: positions, balances and objective progress.
2. Why we collect it
- To perform our contract with you — issuing the account, assessing objectives and processing payouts.
- To meet legal obligations — identity verification, financial record-keeping and anti-fraud checks.
- With your consent — marketing email, and any analytics or advertising cookies you accept.
3. Analytics and advertising
This site can be configured to use analytics and advertising measurement. Where those are enabled, non-essential cookies are set only after you consent, and declining them does not affect your ability to buy or trade an account.
4. Who else processes your data
Assessments and funded accounts are provided by Forest Park FX LTD, which processes your data as part of delivering them. Trading platforms are provided by our platform partners, and payments are handled by our payment processors. Each receives only the data needed for its function.
5. Your rights
You can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, object to processing based on legitimate interests, withdraw consent for marketing at any time, and request a portable copy. Contact us via the support page to exercise any of these.
6. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to staff who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you and the relevant regulator where a breach requires it.
