Awaiting counsel sign-off. The clauses below are the terms Nordic Funder already publishes. The remaining operative text — any jurisdiction-specific risk warnings and restricted-territory list required by the client's regulators — must be migrated from the current client terms document and approved by the client's legal advisers before this page goes live. It is flagged rather than drafted on purpose.
1. What you are buying
You are buying a fee-based simulated trading assessment. You are not buying a financial product, an investment, a share of a fund, or employment. Passing an assessment does not guarantee a funded account, and holding a funded account does not guarantee income.
2. The fee is at risk
Assessment fees are non-refundable. If you breach the maximum drawdown or the daily loss limit, the account closes and the fee is not returned. Only purchase an assessment with money you can afford to lose entirely.
3. Most participants do not pass
Assessments are designed to identify traders who can produce returns within defined risk limits. A substantial proportion of participants breach a limit before reaching the profit target. Past performance, your own or anyone else's, does not indicate future results.
4. Leverage magnifies losses
Accounts carry leverage of up to 20:1 on forex and metals on staged tracks, and up to 30:1 or 100:1 on Lite tracks — doubled again where the Double Leverage add-on is applied. Leverage increases both gains and losses, and a small adverse move can breach a daily loss limit.
5. Simulated conditions differ from live conditions
Although pricing is aggregated from live market sources, a simulated environment cannot reproduce every aspect of live execution — including slippage under stress, liquidity gaps and requotes. Results achieved in an assessment may not be reproducible on a live account.
6. No advice
Nothing on this site is investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to trade any instrument. Any figures shown as illustrations of a profit split are arithmetic on published rules, not forecasts. If you are unsure whether this is suitable for you, take independent advice.
7. Tax
How any payout is treated for tax is your responsibility and depends on where you are resident. We do not withhold tax on your behalf and cannot advise on your position.
