Frequently asked questions

1How long does the assessment last?
The assessment can last up to 12 months, but you can complete it much faster. While traders can complete the assessment in one day, please keep in mind we want you to demonstrate a pattern of good decision-making and risk management.
2Why must I take an assessment?
We require everyone to pass an assessment before they’re given a funded trading account with our broker. The assessment evaluates your trading abilities and helps us ensure our funds are safe in your hands.
3Is the assessment fee refundable?
Yes. We refund the assessment fee when you reach 10% profit and scale your account. Please note that the fee is only refunded the first time, and we do not refund risk upgrades.
4How and when can I get a payout?
Once you have a funded account, you can request a payout from the profit generated in the funded account according to your performance fee. You can request your first payout after 24 hours. Payouts are made using Deel. Each trader is entitled to a payout every 14 days.
5Do you have an instant funding program?
No. Funding without an assessment is too risky for our firm. Consider opening a brokerage account if you want to start trading without passing an assessment.
