How to become
a funded trader
Nordic has no restrictions on how you trade, no time limits, and no hidden fees.
Fair and square rules
Make 10% profit and qualify for a funded account.
On a $100,000 account, you need to reach $110,000 of equity (10% profit) to qualify or scale.
10% max trailing loss
Your equity can't fall below 10% of your starting balance from the high watermark.
If your account balance reaches a high watermark of $101,000, your equity can't fall below $91,000 (10% of your starting balance).
Your equity can't fall below 5% of your previous EOD balance.
On a $100,000 account, if your EOD Balance yesterday was $102,000, your equity today can't go below $96,900 (5%).
Take as long as you need or pass as fast as you can.
You have no minimum or maximum trading days to pass. You can pass the assessment in a day, or in 3 months, as long as you trade at least once in 30 days.
Prove yourself once and get funded. No recurring fees and hidden rules.
After you pass the assessment, you will go straight to a funded account. No other steps or fees.
Trade lot sizes proportional to your account size and leverage.
If you have a $100,000 account with 10:1 leverage, you can open a maximum of 10 lots at any given time. If any position becomes profitable, you can secure those profits with a SL at break-even or profit and they no longer contribute to your max lot allowance.

Frequent asked questions
1Which broker do you use?
A Swedish broker for a Swedish prop firm. We use Scandinavian Capital Markets, a pure ECN/STP broker from Stockholm, Sweden.
2Which platform can I use?
Our accounts are only available in MetaTrader4 at the moment.
3Why do I need to pay a fee to join?
A fee exists for two reasons: 1) It ensures traders will take their tests seriously, as they will risk an average of 1% of the capital they are applying for. Without a fee, unfortunately a lot traders would not take it seriously and we would be funding unqualified traders. 2) Risk management. We have a lot of risk when funding live accounts, the fees help us offset that risk and deliver real accounts with real conditions to the traders that qualify.
