How it works
How to become a funded trader
Four steps, one fee and no time limit. Here is exactly what happens between paying for an assessment and withdrawing your first payout.
In short. A Nordic Funder assessment is a fee-based simulated trading evaluation. You pay a one-time fee from $25, trade to a published profit target — 10% on most one-step tracks — without breaching the maximum drawdown or the daily loss limit. Pass, and you sign a trader agreement and trade a funded account keeping 80% of profits, or 90% with the profit-share add-on. Your first withdrawal has no delay; after that payouts run every 14 days. There is no deadline to pass.

FAQ
Questions about the assessment
Is there a time limit to pass?
No. There is no deadline on any assessment. The only clock is the inactivity limit — 30 days on staged FX accounts, and 14 days on crypto, equities and instant funding.
What happens if I breach a rule?
The account closes. Breaching the maximum drawdown or the daily loss limit ends that assessment, and the fee is not refunded. You can buy a new account whenever you want to try again.
Do I need to pass every phase in order?
Yes. On a Two-Step you clear phase one, then phase two; on a Three-Step, all three. Each phase has its own target but shares the same drawdown limits.
Can I skip the assessment entirely?
Yes — Instant Funding Lite has no profit target and no assessment. You buy the account and trade funded from day one, from $45.00. See Instant Funding.
